This would be a feature that can be toggled on and off in the Examination of Conscience app.

It would add a dropdown with a textarea below each selected sin so that once you are done with the examination, you can switch to "show selected," open a dropdown, write in what you are going to do to avoid/prevent committing that sin again, and then repeat that for the rest of the selected sins
